Our IP includes two Trademarks and three U.S. Patents as well as Patents Pending in China, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and other countries within the European Union. Our Patents include HMD apparatus, method, and system claims, as well as claims for a height prediction feature that will leverage sales for an add-on bathroom weight scale that will trigger this feature.
We offer exclusive manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution rights in exchange for an earnest payment and licensing fees based on revenues, and the fulfillment of certain milestones.
